Support Well ("we," "us," or "our") sells body-care and comfort products for home use through our online store. We ship to the United States only.
2. Products & disclaimer
Our products are designed for everyday body care and comfort. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. If you have a medical concern, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Product colors and sizes may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings or manufacturing.
3. Orders & pricing
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability).
- An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the order is processed and shipped.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify Payments or other enabled payment providers. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
5. Shipping
Free standard shipping on all US orders. Processing: 1–3 business days. Delivery: typically 7–12 business days after shipment. Tracking is sent by email when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns & refunds
All returns must be initiated by emailing support@support-well.com within 14 days of delivery. Free returns (including return shipping) apply only when an item is damaged, defective, wrong, or not as described. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. See our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Intellectual property
